Membership

There is a one off fee of £30 to join the club. All new members receive a free club hoody.

The Exe-Calibre membership year runs from 1st April to 31st March.

Membership fees for 2011 - 12 are as follows:

Full Adult Member £120.00

Full-time Student/U-18 £ 80.00

Associate Member £ 45.00

Members joining between April and June pay 100% of the membership fee.
Members joining between July and September pay 75% of the membership fee.
Members joining between October and December pay 50% of the membership fee.
Members joining between January and March pay 25% of the membership fee.

All levels of membership include:
1. Opportunity to attend club meetings and the AGM, supporting ExeCalibre in its development and expansion.
2. A hooded sweatshirt with the ExeCalibre logo.
3. Access to a wide variety of social events.
4. Training opportunities leading to recognised qualifications.
5. The ability to purchase clothing and equipment through the club at discounted rates.
6. 10% discount at A S Waterports, Haven Road, Exeter.
Full membership also includes
:
1. Three club training sessions per week and the opportunity to attend additional training sessions. Sessions are held at Exe Watersports Association Club House, Haven Road, Exeter.
2. The opportunity to compete in BDA National League Events and National Championships, as well as local Charity Events.
3. Use of club equipment, including paddles, flotation devices and boats.
In order to take part in any racing events and to be insured whilst on the boat, you must be a member of the British Dragon Boat Association . You can join by filling in the individual membership form on the BDA website. Racing membership for 2010 is £16.
