Execalibre racing with Bristol Empire Dragons in Cardiff  

We teamed up with Bristol for this event, the first time we had raced with them. A disappointing day's racing as we came 16th overall over 250m, and 17th in the 500m.

Surrey Docks - 12th June  
Execalibre racing with Bristol Empire Dragons at Surrey Docks  

A much improved days racing for the merged ExeCalibre Bristol crew. We were competitive in most races and did well to reach the plate major final through the reps and semis in the 500m, finishing 8th in the plate overall for the day. This was a good result for us as we were a two teams racing as one.

A fantastic days racing all around. The first event entered as an independent ExeCalibre crew, and the difference was profound. ExeCalibre finished the day 3rd in the plate, and in all fairness should have won. The day started well in the 200m, and with the addition of 2 or 3 paddlers in the afternoon, managed to easily.... more -->
 Worcester - 21st August  
Execalibre with Bristol Empire Dragons racing in Worecester   Another excellent days racing from ExeCalibre. The day didn’t start too well with one of the cars coming from Exeter breaking down halfway! Luckily Glen came to the rescue to help 2 of the 4 people in the car to the racecourse. Shortage of numbers meant that the start of the day was confused and stressful, as ExeCalibre tried to recruit some extra numbers. In the end we decided to incorporate Bristol into our boat as they too were short on numbers. This turned out to be a .....  more -->
Nottingham National Championships - 24th&25th September
Execalibre's 3 trophies!   Finally, we did it! The culmination of a long season’s training was a phenomenal success for the ExeCalibre crew. Like it’s namesake, ExeCalibre rose like a sword from the stone and propelled themselves to 4 trophies and Gold medals all around!  more -->
